Spicy Chicken Taquitos

This is the real deal. Nothing makes homemade taquitos better than a little spice. Impress your friends or your parents when you come home from college (Mom, look! I can cook!) with these yummy bites made from scratch


  • 6 oz chicken tenders
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cosmo’s Spicy Ranch
  • 12 tortillas (7 inch)- you can opt for corn if you’d like the gluten free option, but they don’t brown quite as well


  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Cook and shred chicken
  • Mix cream cheese, Cosmo’s Spicy Ranch and cheese
  • Mix in chicken
  • Spread onto the tortilla and roll up (try out different packing/rolling methods- you’ll find that a tight roll with the mix on 1/2 of the tortilla works best)
  • Spray lightly with cooking oil for a crispier taquito
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden and crispy!
