One Skillet Spicy Ranch Chicken

A fun and easy dish using fresh vegetables, brown rice, chicken and spicy ranch! The best part- the clean up. This recipe only requires one dish- a skillet. 

What You Need

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Water
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Garlic halves
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Chicken Breast (Cooked)
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Brown Rice
  • 2 tablespoons of Cosmo’s Spicy Ranch
  • 1 Cup of Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup of Black Beans

What To Do

Dice up all vegetables, chicken, garlic and shallots. Add Olive Oil, water, shallots and garlic to skillet. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Once ready, add vegetables. Let simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your liking. Add chicken, brown rice, black beans and spicy ranch. Let cook for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!
